Pasadena Market requires all vendors to adhere to a set of guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Arrival and Setup: Vendors ample hours before the market opens to allow for setup. Late arrivals may not be allowed to set up. Vendors must be ready and operational by the time the market starts.

Product Guidelines: All products sold must comply with local laws and health regulations. Food vendors are required to have proper labeling and packaging in place. Any items not pre-approved by the market coordinator cannot be sold.

Booth Maintenance: Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth space clean and tidy. Trash should be disposed of in designated areas, and vendors must leave the space as they found it at the end of the event.

Booth Structure: Every Tent must be no larger than 10x10. Each tent must have at least 20lbs per leg to weight down the canopy.

Respect and Professionalism: Vendors are expected to be courteous and professional towards customers, market staff, and other vendors. Any issues should be brought to the attention of the market organizers.

Prohibited Activities: Unauthorized sales, including the distribution of products that have not been registered with the market, are not allowed. Soliciting outside of the designated booth area is also prohibited.

Tear Down: Vendors are not required to remain open for the entire duration of the market. Early breakdown is allowed if authorized. At the end of the market, vendors must efficiently tear down their setup and vacate the space.

Insurance and Permits: Food Vendors are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, and insurance required for their business operations.

Cancellations: If a vendor is unable to attend a scheduled market, they must notify the market coordinator at least 48 hours in advance forfeiture of booth fee will apply (NO REFRUNDS).

Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, including removal from the market or suspension from future events.
